The Resource Link was established to give clients an alternative to the other agencies in Phoenix. Our mission is to actively listen to our clients and candidates to make successful links between the two.

The Resource Link provides a direct recruiting effort and the fee is contingent upon us filling your position. No fee is ever due, unless you hire our candidate.

We commit:

  • to be available when you need us. We use a team approach, and each member of the team realizes that your time is important. We want to make sure that when you call, someone who is familiar with your search will be able to assist you.
  • to really understand your wants and needs and send only those candidates we feel would be a good fit for your opportunity.
  • to stay in close contact with you to inform you of the status of your search. We strive to go above and beyond the industry standards to keep you “in the loop” throughout the entire hiring process.
  • to return your calls and emails! As simple as it sounds, we realize that it is important to call you back in a timely manner. We also know that this is one of the many ways that we separate ourselves from the other agencies out there.
  • that if you hire one of our candidates, all degrees, certifications, and dates of employment have been verified and are consistent with their resume. Additionally, a minimum of two references will be performed on each candidate.
  • to recruit candidates for your position. The majority of our candidates come from our direct recruiting efforts and referrals versus online sources that many of the other recruiting agencies use.
