  • to work around our candidates’ schedules so that we may be available for our candidates to the best of our ability. We are generally in the office from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, in order to meet with candidates that are currently working or just have busy schedules.
  • to stay in close contact with you to inform you of the status of your search. We strive to go above and beyond the industry standards to keep you “in the loop” throughout the entire process, even if it’s just to check in with you and see how your search is going.
  • to respect your time, and to make our interview process purposeful and painless. We have made a point to keep the paperwork extremely minimal, so that our time is spent talking face to face and making the connection, rather than having you sit and fill out lengthy applications.
  • to return your calls and emails! As simple as it sounds, we realize that it is important to call you back in a timely manner. We also know that this is one of the many ways that we separate ourselves from the other agencies out there.
